SOUTHBANK

Brisbane's first class public recreational facility is only a 20 minute walk from Hotel Chino.
Incorporating a man-made lagoon, playground equipment and ferris wheel for the kids. Southbank also has many restaurants, cinemas and riverside walks for the adults to enjoy. The Southbank precinct is home to the Queensland Museum, Queensland Performing Arts Complex (QPAC), Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre (BCEC) and the newly renovated Gallery of Modern Art (GoMA).

Only 4.5 kilometres by bus or train from Hotel Chino, Brisbane City has something to suit everyone.
Queen Street Mall, Queens Plaza, The Myer Centre and myriad arcades will impress those here to shop. Cinemas, restaurants, pubs, nightclubs and the Treasury Casino will keep the grown ups happy, while kids can explore the botanical gardens, Science Centre and game arcades.

The PA Hospital is a leading teaching and research hospital, and is one of three tertiary level hospitals in Queensland.
It provides care in most major adult specialties and is a short walk from Hotel Chino .
The Mater Hospital complex is approximately 2 kilometres from Hotel Chino. It is a complex incorporating six hospitals, in a combination of both public and private facilities. Mater Hospital is known for it's innovation and for being at the forefront of medical technology.

Located a short distance from Hotel Chino, the Gabba is Brisbane's premier sporting facility.
